About the Role
ADS is seeking a Patient Care Technician. You will provide safe and effective patient care while maintaining a clean and supportive environment. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, supporting medical staff, and ensuring comfort and dignity for every individual in our care. Strong communication, compassion, and attention to detail are essential as you work directly with patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
Requirements
Education & Certification – High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Patient Care Technician or Certified Nursing Assistant program preferred.
Skills & Competencies – Strong communication, compassion, and organizational skills with the ability to provide safe and effective patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Physical Ability – Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred; must be able to assist with lifting, mobility support, and direct patient care tasks.
